KBS2 is preparing for the arrival of a drama combining painful legacies and newfound love. In " I Will Prescribe You Love "(working title), Park Ki-woong and Jin Se-yeon play 2 former childhood sweethearts separated for 30 years by a deep-rooted family conflict. Now grown up, they meet again by chance in a professional context... but their feelings have never really disappeared.
The series focuses on 2 families whose grudges have been passed down for decades. As the episodes progress, misunderstandings dissipate, wounds heal and the idea of reconciliation finally becomes possible, even as love blossoms between the protagonists.
A childhood love rekindled after thirty years of misunderstanding
Park Ki-woong lends his features to Yang Hyun-bina fashion division manager, while Jin Se-yeon plays Gong Joo-aha talented clothing designer. Once inseparable, they were torn apart by a family feud. Fate now reunites them as superior and employee, forcing both to navigate between the past and an emotionally-charged present.
The first poster reveals this new-found sweetness: the two walk side by side in the autumn colors, exchanging tender, nostalgic glances. A simple glance is enough to recall their shared history.
The production team explains that they want to show "a lively and charming process where two people, born into families linked by bad destiny, rediscover love together". It promises a warm drama, ideal to accompany the winter season.
I Will Prescribe You Love will make its debut on January 31 on KBS2 (no OTT yet).
