tvN is set to unveil a new comedy-drama full of tenderness and emotion this summer. Entitled Love, Take Two (첫, 사랑을 위하여)The series will tell the touching story of a mother-daughter duo determined to write a new chapter in their lives.
At the heart of this story are Yum Jung-ahin the role of Lee Ji-an, a strong-willed 43-year-old single mother. On the construction site, she's a formidable forewoman, but when it comes to her daughter, she's back to being a tender-hearted mother. Her life is turned upside down when she decides to leave the city with her daughter and move to the countryside, facing both her daughter's late-onset rebellion and the unexpected return of a first love.
At his side, Choi Yoon Ji plays Lee Hyo-ri, a 23-year-old medical student with an impeccable record... until the day she decides to throw it all away and live her youth on her own terms. Their move away from the city leads to unexpected encounters and situations that are sometimes funny, sometimes upsetting, but always full of lessons to be learned.
