Eun Soo Good Day: Lee Young-ae and Kim Young-kwang reunite in an explosive K-drama

Good news for fans of Lee Young-ae and Kim Young-kwang: their upcoming drama Eun Soo Good Day has been officially confirmed, and will start airing on KBS in September!

This new thriller promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Lhe story follows Kang Eun-soo, an ordinary housewife who, in order to pay for her gravely ill husband's medical care, finds herself unwillingly drawn into a dangerous drug business. Everything changes the day she gets her hands on a shipment that's fallen off the road... and is worth hundreds of billions of won! Trapped, she decides to sell the goods to save her family. Directed by Park Hyun-suk, known for such landmark dramas as Song of the Bandits, Hometown and Stranger 2. The screenplay is by Jeon Yeong-sin, whose credits include The Lies Within and Argon.

Casting, Lee Young-ae returns to the small screen after a two-year absence since Maestra: Strings of Truth. She will star Kim Young-kwang as Lee Baek, a seemingly blameless art teacher... who hides a double life. Underneath his well-behaved exterior, he's actually a drug dealer who supplies a wealthy clientele at a posh club in Gangnam.

Eun Soo Good Day will run for 12 episodes, and will be set in the KBS weekend drama slot. For Kim Young-kwang, this project also marks her first leading role of the year, in addition to her notable appearance in The Haunted Palace and his upcoming role in Trigger.
