The upcoming drama « Climax »continues to unveil its universe with the release of new images featuring Cha Joo-young in her role.
The series will tell the intense story of Bang Tae-seob, a prosecutor played by Ju Ji-hoon, who infiltrates a powerful cartel driven by the quest for power in order to climb the ranks of South Korea's political elite.
At the heart of this network of influence is Lee Yang-mi, played by Cha Joo-young.

An influential woman at the center of power
Lee Yang-mi is President of the WR Hotel and a leading figure in the WR Group. In this world where politics, business and entertainment intersect, she has built up a particularly strong network of influence.
In the run-up to the presidential election, she is emerging as a formidable strategist. In particular, she supports Nam Hye-hoon, mayor of Seoam and emerging presidential candidate, while consolidating her alliances in the circles of power.
Rather than being a victim of events, Lee Yang-mi carefully observes situations and always makes the decisions that best serve his interests.

Elegance conceals formidable ambition
The new images show the different facets of the character. In one of them, Lee Yang-mi appears in a boldly patterned fur coat. Her calm gaze hints at her lucidity and ability to analyze every situation with precision.
In another image, she wears an elegant black outfit and flashes a relaxed smile. Yet her gaze remains hard to read, revealing a personality determined to stay in control, whatever the circumstances.
Behind her sophisticated exterior lies a calculating woman, ready to take even bolder action if the world she's built falters.
The drama Climax will be broadcast from March 16 at 10pm (KST) on ENA and available on Viki.
