The upcoming romantic drama « Can This Love Be Translated? continues to fuel curiosity by unveiling new images highlighting the budding chemistry between Kim Seon-ho and Go Youn-jung. Through these images, the series sketches the contours of a relationship built on contrast, distance... and emotions that are difficult to convey.

Two opposing worlds brought together by work
The recently unveiled photos primarily highlight the professionalism of Joo Ho-jin (Kim Seon-ho). Here we see the multilingual interpreter perfectly at ease with foreign interlocutors, demonstrating his mastery of English, Japanese, and Italian. Calm, composed, attentive to every word, Ho-jin embodies stability and rigor.

Opposite, Cha Mu-hee (Go Youn-jung) appears in many different guises. While some images show her in the middle of an interview, radiant in her role as an international star who became famous overnight, others reveal a more vulnerable Mu-hee, slightly nervous in the public eye. This contrast highlights her deeply human side, far from the polished image of an unapproachable celebrity.

A fragile closeness, between attraction and distance
Other images capture Ho-jin and Mu-hee side by side, gazing at the horizon in unfamiliar surroundings. Their serious expressions, sometimes heavy with unspoken words, hint at the unexpected emotions they will have to face far from home.

One image in particular catches the eye: Mu-hee displays palpable anxiety while Ho-jin stares at her gravely, suggesting a pivotal moment when feelings begin to transcend the professional realm.

The series skillfully plays on their contrasting personalities (Ho-jin, firm and measured; Mu-hee, bright and unpredictable) to build a romantic dynamic made up of sincere closeness and necessary distance. A relationship that develops, becomes fragile, and then redefines itself over the course of key moments.

Can This Love Be Translated? will be available on January 16, 2026 on Netflix.
