The official music video for «The Christmas Song» was released on December 15, marking the launch of the original project. Shin Woo-seok's Urban Fairy Tale, created by the production company Dolphin Kidnappers. This first part, entitled The Christmas Song Part 1, offers a poetic and melancholic visual adaptation carried by the voice of Byeon Woo-seok and an impressive cast.
An urban fable carried by a prestigious cast
In the music video, Byeon Woo-seok not only performs the song, but also appears on screen., surrounded by Karina (aespa), Jang Won-young (IVE), Park Hee-soon, and Moon So-ri. The story follows a child abandoned by his parents, who later becomes a priest and, through a series of fateful encounters, rediscovers the meaning of reconciliation and forgiveness.
The project is divided into two parts. Byeon Woo-seok plays Father Vincenzio, a man marked by his past but raised thanks to the kindness of those around him. Karina and Jang Won-young play two nuns close to him, while Park Hee-soon plays Father Choi Yo-han, a protective figure and mentor since his childhood.
An unprecedented technological collaboration with Google
One of the most remarkable aspects of the project is its strategic collaboration with Google. Certain sequences in the clip use advanced artificial intelligence technologies:
- an image generation model based on Google Gemini 3, called Nano Banana Pro,
- a video generation model, Veo 3.
These tools bring dreamlike scenes to life, emphasizing the modern fairy tale dimension of this urban fable.
The Christmas Song Part 1 is now available, announcing the continuation of the project with a second part to come.
