The cast of “Dream to You”continues to take shape. Baek Sung-chul officially joins Hwang In-yeop, Hyeri and Lee Yul-eum in this eagerly awaited new romantic comedy.
Written by Jung Eun-bi, known for her work on “Goblin” and “Doom at Your Service”, the series will tell the story of the reunion between a genius director who has realized his dreams and a journalist who has forgotten them.

A character in search of recognition
Baek Sung-chul will play Shim Yoo-geon, a rookie actor trying to survive in Seoul while pursuing his dream of success.
Originally from the provinces, he juggled financial difficulties with the hope of breaking into the industry. Inspired by the images of iconic actors, he clings to his passion with the conviction that effort always pays off.
But as time goes by, opportunities become rarer, and a worry sets in: that his dream is slipping away.
A story between dreams and reality
Through this character, the drama will address the doubts and realities faced by many young adults.
Starring Hwang In-yeop as a director back on top, and Hyeri as a journalist in search of meaning, “Dream to You” promises a romance mixed with reflections on aspirations and life choices.
Between reunions, ambitions and disillusionment, the drama promises to be a light-hearted yet touching romantic comedy.
“Dream to You” is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
