Beauty in the Beast réinvente le célèbre conte sous une forme moderne. L’histoire suivra une jeune étudiante loup-garou, Ha Min-su (dont le rôle serait attribué à Kim Min-ju), qui tente de vivre une histoire d’amour avec une aînée, Kwon Hae-jun tout en cachant sa véritable nature. Pendant ce temps, son compère loup-garou Lee Do-ha (Lomon) est un chasseur qui traque les trafiquants de drogue. Moon Sang-min a été quant à lui casté pour le rôle de Kwon Hae-jun.
