The talented Park Ji-hyun continues to multiply its projects and will soon surprise its fans with a special appearance in the new Kdrama from tvN, Our Universe.
A friendly, symbolic cameo
On September 22, several Korean media outlets revealed that the actress had agreed to appear briefly in the series to support Roh Jeong-euiwith whom she shares the same agency, Namoo Actors. The news has been confirmed by the agency itself, which has stated that Park Ji-hyun will be officially involved in the project. A warm way for the actress to encourage her colleague and friend, currently at the heart of this new production.
A family romance at the heart of the plot
Our Universe will tell the story of 2 brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law who have nothing in common, but who must learn to cooperate to raise their orphaned nephew, Woo Joo (whose first name also means "universe" in Korean). Between misunderstandings, closeness and emotions, the drama promises to be a touching romance full of twists and turns.
The main cast includes Roh Jeong-eui, Bae In-hyuk and Park Seo-hamwhile broadcasting is scheduled for first half of 2026 on tvNwith a total of 12 episodes.
Park Ji-hyun, a career on the rise
The actress has a string of high-profile projects. She was recently hailed for her role in the Netflix drama You and Everything Else, alongside Kim Go-eun and Kim Gun-woo. She also returned to the big screen this year in Forbidden Fairytale, co-starring with Choi Si-won of Super Junior and several established actors.
And that's not all: Park Ji-hyun will soon be starring in the tvN drama Let's Go to Work Tomorrow! with Seo In-gukas well as the M: Mixed Twins series and the films Wild Thing and Control.
