July is almost here, and a new month means a new list of kdramas to discover! Once again this month, there will be a host of debuts in all genres, from comedy to forensics. We've listed them in chronological order of release! Mark your calendars.

Bitch x Rich 2

1st new kdrama to be released, the July 3 on Viki, Bitch x Rich gets a season 2! Yeri, Lee Eun-saem, Kim Min-kyu and Lee Jong-hyuk are among the stars of this season.

"Kim Hye In, a high school student from a modest background, becomes the key witness to a murder at a prestigious private school : Cheongdam International High Schoola den of ultra-privileged students. Transferred to this world of appearances and power, she is confronted with Baek Je Nathe school's most influential student, suspected of being involved in the crime.

Season 2 focuses on two key characters: Kim Hye Innow a double star and the first student from a modest background to join the Diamond 6and Baek Je Nawho is going through a personal growth crisis in the midst of an increasingly unstable power struggle. New characters also upset the balance: Cha Jin Wook (Kim Min Kyu), a charismatic transfer student, and Lee Sa Rang (Won Kyu Bin), a hopeless romantic willing to do anything to protect Hye In."

Law and the city

Visit July 5, tvN and Disney+ to launch Law and the cityMoon Ga-young's new kdrama, which invites us into the daily lives of 5 lawyers who meet for lunch to discuss their lives and their work... Romance, comedy and legal affairs are on the program of this eagerly awaited kdrama.

S Line

Visit July 11in a completely different genre, S Line will make its debut on Wavve.

The plot? Red lines, visible only to some, appear above people's heads, linking individuals who have had intimate relationships. These invisible threads, called S Line, suddenly reveal truths that many would rather hide. Arin, Lee Soo-hyuk and Lee Da-hee headline the cast.

Low Life

Visit July 16 on Disney+ is Low Life to complete our already busy viewing schedule. Featuring 13 main characters in search of a treasure buried under the sea, this kdrama mixes strategy, deception and investigation.

The Nice guy

New kdrama from Lee Dong-wook, The nice guy will start broadcasting on July 18 on jTBC. The sysnopsis: Park Seok-Cheol (Lee Dong-wook) is the eldest son of a 3-generation criminal family. Unlike his family, he is an innocent man, driven by a pure love for Kang Mi-young (Lee Sung-kyung) and literature. She is his first love and dreams of becoming a singer.

The Defects

With The Defects, broadcast from July 21, ENA plunges us into the tragic story of children abandoned by their adoptive parents who seek revenge. Choi Young-joon, Yeom Jung-ah, Won Jin-ah and DEX carry this 8-episode thriller.

Try: A Miracle in Us

Join us on July 25 on SBS / Netflix to discover Try: A Miracle in Uswhose story follows the wild journey of the Hanyang High School rugby club, last in the national rankings. With no resources, no reserve players, no strategy, but a good dose of nerve, the team threw itself body and soul into the conquest of a national title that seemed totally out of reach.

Trigger

2nd kdrama to start broadcasting on July 25 on Netflix, Trigger !

This thriller is set in the near future in South Korea, a country where gun ownership is strictly forbidden. However, a series of violent incidents erupts due to the sudden appearance of illegal weapons, delivered in mysterious ways. Kim Nam-gil plays Lee Do, a policeman who takes up arms to bring justice to this growing threat. At his side, Kim Young-kwang plays Moon Baek, an enigmatic character who helps him at gun-related crime scenes.

Oops, and don't forget: My girlfriend is the man!

Broadcast begins July 23 on KBS 2, My girlfriend is the man brings together a cast of idols. A-rin, Sanha, Chuu, Yoo Jung-hoo, Kim Kwang-shik, Jo-eun Sook come together to bring this story to life:

"Park Yun-jae is an astronomy student at university. On his first blind date, he meets Kim Ji-eun. They quickly fall in love and become a couple. However, one day, a strange man appears in front of Yun Jae and reveals that he is actually Kim Ji-eun.

One day, she wakes up to discover that she has been transformed into a man. Shocked, she explains the situation to her boyfriend, Park Yun-jae, and takes the name Kim Ji-hun. Thanks to Yun Jae, she learns to live as a man. Together, they decide to stay together, hoping that one day Ji Eun will regain her feminine appearance and resume their relationship as before. They then look for a solution to reverse this transformation."

  1. je pense attendre avec impatience la possibilité de voir The Nice Guy – Lee Dong Wook oblige !
    Trigger m’interpelle bien aussi. Et my girlfriend is the man semble promettre un bon divertissement. Enfin, Law in the city, me semble prometteur aussi – et puis, j’aime bien les séries judiciaires. 😀
