Lee Joon-young and Song Kang to reunite in a new musical K-drama?

According to several Korean media, Lee Joon-young and Song Kang would be approached to play a duo of rival pianists in a drama in preparation entitled Four Hands" .

A duo of friends, rivals... and virtuosos

Four Hands, in reference to a piano technique in which 2 musicians play on the same instrument, will recount the story of 2 high school students from an artistic high school, linked by a deep friendship but also by intense rivalry as piano prodigies. This drama will highlight the complex emotions of youth: friendship, love, competition, but also the quest for self through music.

Lee Jun-young has been given the role of a brilliant and charismatic young pianist, and is currently considering whether or not to take part. As for Song Kang, soon to be discharged from military service (October 1), the project could mark his big return to the screen, further arousing the curiosity of fans.

Nothing confirmed yet, but expectations are mounting

Lee Joon-young's agency has confirmed that "Four Hands" is one of the proposals being considered by the actor, although a final decision has not yet been made. The same goes for Song Kangwhose participation is currently under discussion.

The drama's shooting, broadcast channel and release date have not yet been set, but interest in this potential collaboration continues to grow. If confirmed, this will be the first time the two actors have shared the screen.

A busy year for Lee Joon-young

Already very active in 2025, Lee Jun-young is taking on one project after another. After starring in Melo Movie alongside Choi Woo-shik and Park Bo-young, he also shone in the Netflix dramas When Life Gives You Tangerines and Weak Hero Class 2. He was also seen in a special role in The Queen Who Crowns, and recently completed Pump Up the Healthy Love, airing until June with APINK's Jung Eun-ji.

At the same time, the actor is considering another project: New Employee Chairman Kanga JTBC drama based on a popular web novel, where he could play a dual role - that of a company president and a footballer, trapped in a second life after an accident.

Four Hands could well mark a new milestone in Lee Jun Young's career, offering viewers a touching, melodious tale of adolescence, passion and talent.
