He added that waiting so long to confirm such an obvious falsification was like \"waiting 6 months for hospital results to check whether a fake scar drawn with a pen is a real wound\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go Sang-rok also pointed out that <strong>the private sector can detect a manipulation in just 3 days<\/strong>The NFS has still not reached a conclusion after several months. He urged the authorities to <strong>publish results as soon as they become available<\/strong>without attempting to \"coordinate a spectacular announcement\" with the referral of the case to the public prosecutor's office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investigation continues, Kim Soo-hyun maintains his defense<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For several months now, <strong>Kim Se-ui<\/strong> accused Kim Soo-hyun of having a relationship with <strong>Kim Sae-ron as a minor<\/strong>a statement <strong>firmly denied by the actor<\/strong>. At a press conference, lawyer Bu Ji-seok (representing Kim Sae-ron's family) played a recording purporting to be the actress's voice expressing reproaches towards Kim Soo-hyun, which the actor's defense team claimed had been artificially fabricated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seoul's police chief, <strong>Park Jeong-bo<\/strong>acknowledged that the investigation had been delayed by the fact that the case had been split between several departments, but assured us that it was now progressing \"more rapidly\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On his side, <strong>Kim Soo-hyun<\/strong> maintains that he never had a relationship with Kim Sae-ron when she was a minor. His legal team is currently suing Kim Se-ui, Bu Ji-seok and other parties for defamation and violation of the Electronic Communications Act, while claiming 120 billion won (around $100 million) in damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Police investigation too slow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a video published on November 4 on his YouTube channel <em>Jingyeok-ui Tumbler<\/em> (\"Master Go's Attack\"), Go Sang-rok urged police to speed up investigations. \"As a victim, I speak the truth. Let me reveal a surprising fact,\" he declared, before explaining that <strong>the file had been transferred several times between different investigation teams<\/strong>the latest of which has been dubbed the \"intensive investigation team\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go added: \"If this team had really investigated intensively for 4 months, you wouldn't see me today as Kim Soo-hyun's legal representative.\" He also revealed that <strong>since the complaint lodged on May 7<\/strong>the case was entrusted to <strong>3 successive shifts<\/strong>without any of them having questioned <strong>Kim Se-ui<\/strong>. \"After the complaint was filed, I called dozens of times to ask for an appointment for the complainant's deposition, without ever receiving a reply. Instead, I got a message saying, 'Just come in and sign the minutes, everything's already written.'\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He then asserted, \"The lawyer I recruited, a former prosecutor, told me that a prosecutor would have been fired on the spot if he had sent such a message to a victim.\" Go pointed out that it was only after a <strong>formal request for recusal<\/strong> that the case had been transferred and that he had finally been able to testify. But, according to him, <strong>even 4 months later, Kim Se-ui still hasn't been heard from<\/strong>. He added angrily: \"It's now been 5 months since the complaint was filed, and they still claim to be waiting for a request for access to the file from the suspect.
