The story will follow <strong>Kang Ui-hyeon<\/strong>is a young man from a wealthy family who became an independence activist after witnessing the violence inflicted on his compatriots while studying in Japan. Wounded during a dangerous mission, he is rescued on a beach by <strong>Su A,<\/strong> a courageous young woman ready to do anything to protect him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The K-drama promises to be ambitious, led by the director <strong>Hur Jin-ho <\/strong>(Love in the Big City) and screenwriter <strong>Lee Ha-neol,<\/strong> already known for The Last Princess and Assassination. The art direction is also highly anticipated, with the participation of cinematographer Choi Yoon-man, acclaimed for his work on My Mister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kdramakopi.com\/en\/actor\/choi-woo-shik\/\">Choi Woo-shik<\/a><\/strong> is confirmed, this role could mark a new stage in his already busy career. It would be a return to historical drama for the actor, while exploring a romantic and committed dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we await official confirmation, fans can look forward to Choi Woo-shik's upcoming role in the romantic comedy <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kdramakopi.com\/en\/kdrama\/would-you-marry-me\/\">Would You Marry Me?<\/a>,<\/strong> in which he will be co-starring with Jung So-min. And next year, he will make his Disney+ debut with The Waking, a thriller by Kim Tae Gon (<em>Project Silence<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No broadcast date has yet been announced for <strong>Whale Star: The Gyeongseong Mermaid<\/strong>but the production team is already preparing for the shoot.
