tvN's next drama, “Love in Disguise”, is starting to attract attention with the release of its first official images featuring Yim Si-wan and Seol In-ah. With its mix of romance, thriller and infiltration, the series promises a very different dynamic from classic romances.
Adapted from a popular web novel and webtoon, the drama will follow Yoon Yi-jun, 3rd generation heir to the powerful Taegang Group. Behind his perfect image of a cold, arrogant young leader, his character finds himself involved in a murder case that quickly draws suspicion on him.
To uncover the truth, Kang Jae-hee, a former member of the Special Forces, decides to approach Yoon Yi-jun undercover. Played by Seol In-ah, she infiltrates the company and becomes his personal secretary. This forced proximity between the two characters should quickly create a relationship combining tension, mistrust... and unexpected feelings.
An infiltration into the heart of a powerful conglomerate
Yim Si-wan plays Yoon Yi-jun, heir to the Taegang Group, considered one of the country's most powerful conglomerates. Behind his cold, arrogant exterior, his character soon becomes the focus of a murder case.
Facing him, Seol In-ah plays Kang Jae-hee, a former special forces agent who infiltrates the company by becoming its personal secretary in order to discreetly investigate.
The first images highlight the contrast between the 2 characters, while hinting at a dynamic blending distrust, tension and attraction.
The production team explained that the 2 actors pay particular attention to every detail of their characters, from hairstyles to costumes, in order to convey their strong personalities on screen. The production also invites viewers to keep an eye on the visual chemistry between Yim Si-wan and Seol In-ah as the episodes progress.

Adapted from a popular webroman and webtoon, “Love in Disguise” is due for release in the second half of the year, normally in October, and should also be available on Prime Video.
