The drama “Doctor on the Edge” unveils its first teaser and posters, giving a glimpse of a story mixing romance, humor and survival in a setting as beautiful as it is unpredictable.
Supported by Lee Jae-wook and Shin Ye-eun, The series follows Do Ji-eui, a public health doctor sent to the dreaded island of Pyeongdong, and Yook Ha-ri, a mysterious nurse who seems perfectly at home in this environment.
The teaser posters contrast the 2 characters: on one side, Do Ji-eui appears in medical scrubs over his military uniform, clearly unenthusiastic about being on an island; on the other, Yook Ha-ri enjoys the sea breeze with a bright smile, hinting at an intriguing dynamic between them.

Unexpected survival for an unlucky doctor
The first video teaser highlights Do Ji-eui's chaotic daily life. Right from the start, he introduces himself: «I'm a public health doctor», pointing out that these doctors work in isolated areas instead of performing their traditional military service.
Confident at the start, he says: «I'm fine with it as long as it's not an island. I can't be that unlucky.» But reality soon catches up with him. We find him on a boat, completely overwhelmed by the situation, dropping: «I've been really unlucky», marking the start of his eventful adventure.
The drama will be broadcast from June 1 at 10pm (Korean time) on ENA, Genie TV and Disney+ in Korea, in the hope that the latter platform has bought the international rights or left them to another platform, otherwise it will be another drama that we won't see legally in France.
